Sairee Chahal, 40,Founder & CEO, SHEROES

Sairee Chahal is the founder and the mastermind behind SHEROES, a Noida-based online career destination for women from all walks of professional life. Taking on the role of being India’s foremost evangelist for women at work, she is also the Convener of The SHEROES Summit and has been instrumental in bringing businesses and women professionals on the company’s platform.

Sakshi Vij, 32, Founder & CEO, Mylescars.com

A successful entrepreneur with rich insights on marketing strategies and distribution networking, Sakshi Vij is the Founder & CEO of Myles, India’s first self-drive mobility service. In her role, Sakshi is responsible for spearheading the product strategy, business development as well as the overall management operations of the organisation. It is a result of her vision and efforts that Myles has today grown from 14 cars and three locations to over 1200+ cars and 250 locations with presence in 21 Indian cities.

Debadutta Upadhyaya, 43,Co-founder, Timesaverz.com

Debadutta Upadhyaya, CEO, Timesaverz endeavours to make the task of maintaining a home hassle-free with India’s first on-demand home services marketplace. Neha Bagaria, 34,Co-Founder, CEO JobsForher 

Neha graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with honors and triple majors in Finance, Marketing and MIS. During her final semester there, she became the College Board Representative of India, and founded her first company – Paragon,and introduced the Advanced Placement Program to Indian students. Neha has worked with Kemwell Biopharma, where she handled the HR, Finance, and Marketing aspects of the pharmaceuticals manufacturing business.However, despite experiencing positive growth and development with Kemwell, she felt that her passion for social entrepreneurship remained stronger than ever. As a restarter herself, the ambitious entrepreneur was compelled to create a platform that enables women on a sabbatical to relaunch their careers; and founded JobsForHer (JFH) on 8th March, 2015.

Bhairavi Madhusudhan,22, IDEA CULTIVATOR, back2basics

Bhairavi Madhusudhan is an alumnus of the prestigious Dual-degree Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and holds the unique honour of being the first Indian girl to be admitted to this program. She has previously worked for multinational corporations in areas as varied as management and strategy consulting, followed by private equity, and ultimately SME-focused retail research across three continents. Bhairavi launched back2basics’ B2C operations in February 2016, and enjoys growing, eating and selling chemical-free, natural, healthy food. In the past two months alone, back2basics’ B2C initiative has seen 100% growth and has ramped up operations and steam-lined logistics to meet its ever-growing demand. Thanks to the phenomenal response in just these few months since the official launch, back2basics has started 48-hour delivery throughout Bangalore and is currently serving 200+ families per day.

Swati Dayal,29,Co-founder & Executive director at Sagoon

Sagoon is an online social commerce platform that share its revenue with every single user.  The unique approach of this company allows any user to connect with other like-minded people and earn reward points in exchange of sharing their personal experiences through its virtual platform, thus, validating the company motto: CONNECT, SHARE, EARN.

Her responsibilities towards the company include heading the Product and Operations department. Additionally, she is adept in areas like strategic planning, process & policy, and product development.

Purba Kalita, 41, Co-founder, Salebhai

Salebhai is an Indian e-commerce portal that enables people living away from home order a range of specialties directly from their hometowns. It is a one-stop solution for those individuals who want to discover regional products from across India. Purba is responsible for handling the overall communication, content development and PR activity for the company. She brings over 16 years of experience in content development and plays a vital role in looking after all business communication requirements. She was part of the journalism industry for over 12 years, and gained considerable professional experience at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group).
