Startup Soch to train students on various subjects

Soch is a Bidar – based skill – development startup. The startup is offering free training to youth in various subjects like Information Technology (IT), Telecommunication and Dress Designing. People who have completed 10th or 12th grade or people who have completed atleast one diploma in any field or people who had dropped out of college are eligible to take training from Soch. The startup plans to train 176 people a year. Each batch will contain twenty two students. The startup plans to start its first batch or pilot batch on February 21st, 2017. MP, Bhagwant Khuba, inaugurated a skill development awareness camp at Mailoor cross on Saturday (11/02/2017). He said that the youth of this country should strive to become job creators and not merely job seekers.

India is country with abundance of talent in every field, especially youthful talent. The youth of this country have the potential to contribute immensely in every field. But, due to poor quality of education available, they are not able to utilize their talent fully. If given proper training, they can contribute immensely in their respective fields and to the progress of the country. They can truly found and grow their startups to become MNCs and employ millions of people. If more and more people are successful in doing this, then the mentality of the youth in this country would definitely change from being a job seeker to a job provider. It is heartening to see an Indian startup take steps towards this noble goal. More Indian startups should follow suit “to make India great again”!
