Himanshu Bhatia daughter gives her statement about this case

Last week we wrote an article about how Himanshu Bhatia, CEO of Rose International ill treating her domestic help Sheela Ningwal. All were convinced till yesterday when a representative of Bhatia’s family contacted us and sent us Sabina Bhatia’s (Daughter of Himanshu Bhatia) statement.

Below is Sabina Bhatia’s statement sent to us by their family’s representative:

“There is not a morsel or even a nugget of truth to Sheela’s claims. Her story is complete fiction.”
“I can’t tell you how shocked, saddened and betrayed my mom is that Sheela Ningwal would say these things that are completely false. My mom and dad—all of us in fact—treated Sheela like family. She ate with us and socialized with us. There are tons of photos and videos of these memories. My mom even cared and cooked for her when she was sick.”
“For Sheela to say these completely false, awful and hurtful things to the U.S. Department of Labor, and use the government like this, is beyond words. People like Sheela should not be allowed to manipulate a system that was designed to help real victims.”
“The truth is exactly the opposite of what Sheela claims. She is not a victim.”
“My mother is as much a warm, loving and caring person as she is a hard-working entrepreneur.
“It is unfortunate that successful business leaders can so easily become the target of such baseless and false allegations.”

Bhatia’s representative’s name cannot be revealed since they authorized us only to use Sabina’s statement. We did ask the representative to send some group pictures of Sheela and Himanshu to support this statement.

The funny past is that, we were contacted by Sheela asking for our number. We tried to get in touch with her but there was no response from her end.

My take on this Indian CEO Himanshu Bhatia case

• Sheela tried to contact us on 10^th September and after 6 days Sabina releases this statement. Something does not add up here.
• Apart from ill treating, if Sheela’s pay stubs show her being underpaid, then Himanshu is in trouble
• The ill treating part is up to the court to decide based on pictures and videos that Sabina spoke in her statement.
• I do not believe in Sabina’s statement till I see the pictures and videos she spoke about
