VOHA – DHYAN FOUNDATION’S IS WITH AN AIM TO RESCUE THE ANIMALS FACING CRUELTY BY ADOPTING TO MAKE THEIR LIVES BETTER

Well, there are a lot of animal cruelty cases popping up in the news and many of us just ignoring them as it doesn’t serve any purpose. The statistics have shown that the cruelty cases have been on the rise since a few years. Looking into the cruelty of the voiceless beasts a NGO called VOHA – DHYAN Foundation has come up to improvise on the quality of lives and bring about a change in the mindsets of people.

Story behind the inception Of VOHA – DHYAN foundation  

As anyone who is on a quest to bring about a change in the society has to go through a lot of obstacles the same is the story with this NGO. Initially this NGO was named as VOHA which stands for “voice for Hyderabad animals” which was started by Sanjana Bhavani who is a graduate student. She says that she has a special liking for animals ever since her childhood and has worked with interesting start-ups like Pawsome Hotels where she  took on the  role of handling pet movement from Hyderabad to other places in India and abroad. She started volunteering in Animal welfare with Blue cross of Hyderabad later on spread her services across PAN India with many NGOs (not just Animals but also with human organizations too).

VOHA was launched on Facebook and there was an amazing response where she starts interacting with new ones, explained them about their roles , filtered them, brought them under a banner of VOHA. In a very short span Voice of Hyderabad Animals has become a noted organization in twin cities. VOHA was started up with almost 50+ volunteers VOHA has an almost track ground record of 400+ rescues, adoption and other things together. In a later time VOHA tied up with DHYAN FOUNDATION to extend its services. They now provide ambulance service to the voiceless and garner support from all over the country for their exceptional services.

Sanjana says VOHA has successfully handled many outraged Cruelty cases , with the help of great activists Out of Hyderabad like  Mr.Sachin , Mrs Suman Virwani, Kamna Pandey, and Hyderabad Animals friendly cops.  She says that finally they are for the voiceless, and serving them feels a achievement for her. They intend to pull in more volunteers in the upcoming future to serve different cities.
