GST Revenue Collection hits new record

GST income collection for April hits new record high of Rs 1,41,384 croreOut of this Rs 1,41,384 crore, CGST is Rs 27,837 crore, SGST is Rs 35,621 and IGST is Rs 68,481 crore, according to the press note delivered by the public authority.

GST revenues have not only shown a constant collection of crossing Rs 1 lakh crore mark during the last seven months but have also shown a steady increase, Indicating monetary recuperation, the Finance Ministry said on Saturday.
