HCL is the most prestigious software company in India. It is absolutely shameful to know that two software engineers from HCL were among those who were arrested on Monday. The company no doubt will suspend them but apart from that, the court giving judgment on the case, should punish them severely, say by giving life imprisonment, to deter others from indulging in such shameful acts. The Government of India should also launch more schemes for the welfare of women in India apart from strengthening existing ones, to ensure that women in India do not become sex workers due to poverty. This incident will definitely dent the image of HCL in the minds of Indian citizens as well as globally. Read more on Startup News
